The Middelburg Chamber of Commerce & Industry hosted its second Golf Day on 30 October 2025, and what an incredible day it turned out to be! The event brought together local businesses, sponsors, and community members for a day filled with camaraderie, networking, and friendly competition on the greens. From the first tee-off, the atmosphere was electric, with participants enjoying every moment on the course.  

Rain or shine, the players enjoyed the day, and spirits remained high. The sudden change in weather couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm or the laughter shared among players. Everyone gathered under cover for the prize-giving ceremony, which was filled with fun, jokes, and light-hearted moments as winners were announced and prizes handed out. The Chamber extends its heartfelt thanks to all our participants and sponsors for making the day a memorable success.  

This Chamber event once again proved to be a highlight on the MCCI’s calendar —showcasing not only fair play but also the strong sense of community that defines Middelburg. Events like these create lasting connections among businesses and help strengthen local partnerships that benefit our town’s economic and social growth.  

We’re already looking forward to the next Golf Day on 24 April 2026, and excitement is building fast! Bookings are already rolling in, and we encourage interested teams and sponsors to secure their spots early. If our 2025 event is anything to go by, the next one promises to be even bigger, better, and—hopefully—a little sunnier!
